Our first guests of the season found this baby pearl in an oyster while they were enjoying dinner at neighboring Freeport Oyster Bar!
It’s very rare to find pearls in any farmed oysters at all. This is truly special and not something you see every day, for sure. How fitting as we prepare for the second annual Maine Oyster Festival in Freeport coming up this June!
